How to use this estimate
Loan-to-value (LTV) is the loan balance divided by a property value. This tool follows a fixed-rate monthly amortization schedule and marks the first scheduled payment at or below each editable LTV. Estimated PMI can be based on the original loan amount or the beginning balance each month.
Ask your lender or servicer which value, loan rules, payment-history requirements, appraisal standards, notice period, and review process apply to your loan. Confirm any removal or cancellation decision directly with them.
